Nukklgup Loop

'Vicki and I feel we were very fortunate to have engaged you to produce the plans for our recently completed house in Yallingup. We are very grateful for the help and guidance you gave us in working through and fine tuning the working drawings. Your attention to detail and sense of proportion were very much appreciated and we feel your expertise definitely helped us to achieve a great result.' Greg Shultz

This house is situated on rural acreage facing south with views from Yallingup Beach to Injidup. The entrance is through a protective avenue of  eucalptus and the panoramic views,  framed by the gnarled branches of marri's, stretch out beyond.

A steep sloped roof of slate type tiles hints at a European influence, which the clients favoured. The high chimney stack continues the vertical rythm of the stately trees. Windows and doors are timber and the walls are rendered with rough plaster to give a country feel.

The plan is simple -  four  large ensuite rooms leading off a gallery, two at the front and two at the back facing the view. A large living room for cooking, dining and relaxing has a  raked ceiling utilizing the generous available roof space. French doors open out to the views and the central fire place provides a hearth for wintery nights.
